This guide helps Overseas Pakistanis understand customs rules, regulations, and procedures when entering or departing Pakistan.

Eligibility:

• Personal Baggage: 180 days abroad in last 7 months
• Transfer of Residence: 700 days abroad in last 3 years
• Gift Scheme: Allowed for close family (18+)

Key Rules:

• Cars older than 3 years not allowed
• Vehicles older than 5 years prohibited (except bulletproof)
• Age calculated from January after manufacture year

Required Documents:

• Passport copy
• Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
• Title & de-registration certificate
• Purchase invoice

• Up to 5 phones allowed duty-free
• Duties apply if limit exceeded
• Used phones may be depreciated

Documents:

• Original passport
• Purchase invoice
• Declaration form (if required)

• Minimum 2 years stay abroad
• Visits to Pakistan not exceeding 120 days
• Duty-free under Transfer of Residence scheme
